Shipping policy

Shipping Options (US only)
• First Class Mail- Is the most affordable way to send envelopes & lightweight packages, this shipping option does NOT include a tracking number. If the customer chooses this shipping option, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• First Class Package Mail- Is a fast, cost effective way to ship packages weighing up to 15.99 ounces. This shipping option includes a tracking number.
Shipment Method (US only)
• We ship to the US only.
• United States Postal Service Ground Service

Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of Tuesday.

Expected Time to Delivery
• Standard delivery is 3-8 days after shipment.
• If your products have not arrived in 10 days (after the shipment date), please
contact USPS for assistance.

Shipping Fees (US)
• Orders over $75- Free Shipping
• Orders under $75 - shipping priced by weight

Address Change / Incorrect Address
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at
checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update requests will be
processed. If your order has been shipped, contact USPS to update the address.
• Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped to the most updated
address provided by the customer.
• Mishae’s Mixture will not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
