1. How do I use the oil?

Because we use pure, cold pressed oils in our products, each product should be warmed before every use. Warm the oil by placing the bottle under warm water for about two minutes, or sitting the bottle into a cup or bowl of warm water. Apply the oil all over the scalp with a two minute massage. Repeat 3-4 times a week. You may use the oil more than instructed to.

 

2. Can I use the oil on permed hair, colored-processed hair, locs, low porosity hair, when I have extensions, etc…?

Yes, yes, and yes again! Because our oil is pure and rich in quality, it is safe to use on all hair types and with any hair style.

 

3. How long until my product is shipped?

We try our best to get your order delivered within 7 business days, but you may receive it much sooner.

 

4. Are refunds allowed / What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, all sales are final due to our products being handmade.
